Welcome Ms. Scriber, our new Social Worker! "I graduated from the University of Arkansas and currently hold a LMSW, but am about to start working towards getting my LCSW. I will be working at ALC as well as CJHS this upcoming year. I am conversational in Spanish and am very comfortable speaking with Spanish speakers, but I am continually learning. I’d love to connect with as many students, families, and staff as possible and create a safe, open, and warm environment in my office and through my interactions. I’m so excited to be working at ALC and CJHS and help students and families succeed in any way I can, whether that be through basic resources, social/emotional/behavioral needs, problems at home, and much more."

Welcome Mrs. Danesha Wilson as a new English teacher! "Hi, my name is Danesha Wilson. I’m happily married with two children. I enjoy baking, crafting, and writing. I’m passionate about people and making connections with them. I look forward to using all my experiences and knowledge to make an impact."

Welcome Mr. Branch to Archer as a new Science Teacher! "I am looking forward to creating meaningful relationships that encourage the student population. In my spare time I enjoy outdoor activities with my family such as hiking, fishing, and kayaking. In addition to spending time outside, I enjoy spending time training or watching any of our 3 boys compete in the sport of basketball. I will be entering my 10th year as an educator in numerous educational settings: alternative, traditional, and online platforms. I am looking forward to using all of my experiences to strengthen the student body as a whole, improving and uplifting students from an educational standpoint, as well as their social-emotional skills. My educational background consists of a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from the University of Arkansas, which sparked my passion and interest in anatomy and health, and an Instructional Specialist master's degree from Arkansas State University. Coupled with my background, I have a sincere passion to assist in the community's shared challenge to help all students reach their true and full potential."

Welcome Mr. Bunch to Archer as a new Math teacher! "Hi my name is Brock Bunch. I am happily married to my beautiful wife who is also a teacher. I enjoy reading books, video games, and mathematics. I am excited to start my 7th year of teaching at Archer Learning Center."

Welcome Cheryl Sanford to Archer as a new Instructional Assistant! "I am an Arkansas native. I grew up in North Little Rock and have lived in Springdale for 9 yrs. I have been married for 26 1/2 yrs and have a son, who is attending the U of A and a daughter who is a junior in high school. I like to cook, crochet, and read."
